RecipesHuevos RancherosIngredients: 6 Eggs Brown ground beef and add El Rancho De Los Garcia’s Red Chile. Let simmer 10 minutes. Flash fry corn tortillas in hot vegetable oil and allow excess oil to drain. Dip a corn tortilla in the Red Chile and place on a plate. Fry two eggs to order. Place eggs on top of the Red Chile covered tortilla. Next smother the eggs with Red Chile. Finally sprinkle generous amount of shredded cheese on top and place in oven at 350 for 5 minutes just to melt cheese. Repeat for the remainder sets of eggs. 3 servings.
Chile Con CarneIngredients: 1 lb cubed pork Brown cubed pork in vegetable oil. Add El Rancho De Los Garcia’s Green Chile. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve as a side for any of your favorite New Mexican dish or by itself with a fresh, hot flour tortilla.
New Mexico QuesoIngredients: 1 lb velvetta cheese Combine cheese and El Rancho De Los Garcia’s Salsa in medium saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
